Step 1 : Preparing the Body for Cleansing
Preparing Your Body for the Fruit Cleanse is the First Step towards Detoxification.
To gain a maximum impact of the detox diet, we strongly recommend preparing yourself at least 3 days prior to your Detox schedule.
Firstly, you must eliminate following from your diet
- Alcohol
- Caffeine (coffee, soda, tea)
- Nicotine (cigarettes)
- Refined Sugar (bottled /canned drinks /sodas/ bottled juices)
- Meat & Poultry (chicken/beef/ pork)
- Dairy Products (milk, cheese, yogurt)
- Processed Foods (sausages / canned foods)
- Refined starches (bread/ white rice / pasta)
During this time, we recommend you to adhere to the following:
- Substitute the above products with fresh fruits and vegetables
- Increase your water intake
- Substitute your morning coffee with a cup of green or any herbal tea.
By following the above guide lines, you are preparing your body to flush out the toxins, and gain optimal results for your detox cleanse. We understand that it might be hard to completely eliminate the above productsfrom your daily diet, but try to reduce their intake. Such restrictions will alsohelp curb your cravings during your detox.
Step 2 – During Cleansing
Please remember to keep your detox juices chilled at all the times. The juices are made with fresh raw ingredients with no added sugar or preservatives; therefore we can only guarantee its freshness for 72 hours from bottling.

- Perform gentle exercises such as morning walk, or yoga for sweating.
- Be sure to rinse sweat immediately afterwards to prevent the toxins from re-entering the body
During your detox, your body is working hard to get rid of the toxins and you will thereforeexperience some unpleasant symptoms such as the ones mentioned below

- Cravings for food (try to substitute by drinking water / lemon water / herbal tea)

If you experience any of the above-mentioned symptoms, then it shows that your body is trying to execute toxins from your body. Ask yourself whether it is psychological or physicalfeeling, and listen to your body. If you feel the need to take a break, then you can take nap, or eat some apples or cucumber.
Step 3 – After the Cleanse
Following a regular diet after adetox cleanse is just as important as easing in to it. However, it is not recommended to jump start the regular diet immediately.
You should have small portions of meals consisting of raw fruits and vegetables. Also, you can have soups, smoothies, salads and juices in thedays after your cleanse.
Remember to hydrate your body by consuming at least 2.50 L of water every day.
